This is a finger-wearable ‘smart’ medical monitoring device and alert system for health emergencies.
The device continuously monitors key vital signs from a person’s body. Loved ones can view the person's live vitals signs by logging into the website www.checkonvitals.com To make sure loved ones are alerted at all times, the Vital Eye Health app will also AUTOMATICALLY alert to a chosen emergency contact list (up to 3 people) via text message to update them on the wearer’s (DEVICE WEARER COULD BE ASLEEP, UNCONSCIOUS OR TOO WEAK TO MOVE) location and health conditions that may need medical attention.

● The Vital Eye Health device with its state of the art technology measures critical health indicators of medical wellbeing -blood oxygen saturation level (SpO2), heart rate, breathing rate and perfusion index (PI).
● The device is designed to be worn comfortably on a person’s finger while either awake or asleep.
● The Vital Eye Health device will sync to the Vital Eye Health app installed on the wearer’s smart phone, which will analyze the vital sign measurements against baseline levels.
● If vital signs fall outside baseline levels, the app will send an alert via text message to the user’s emergency contact list (caregivers, family or friends) to notify them of the wearer’s location and health condition.
